Chris Clark
Founder and Principal
Chris has deep experience in Software Asset Management. Chris has implemented and integrated asset management processes and tools.
Chris holds certifications in Software Asset Management (SAM), ITIL, and brings 16 years of experience in IT Asset Management and IT Operations Management.
For a global manufacturing organization, performed a SAM current state assessment, evaluated Oracle and SAP contracts for cost optimization opportunities, and created a roadmap to achieve desired future state.
Led IT Asset Management (ITAM) audits (on-site and remote) where he assessed organization’s capabilities for managing software licenses and hardware using a framework of governance and organization, processes, process integration and technology.
For a government agency, led a current state assessment, future state SAM program framework design, and defined a roadmap for implementing an agency’s objectives and addressing the concerns identified in a GAO assessment.
Developed procedures for new ITAM business practices and systems, detailing the business and technical solution architecture and design standards for current and future ITAM systems for a major airline.

Assisted in the development and maintenance of policies, standards, processes, systems and measurements that enable organizations to manage their IT asset portfolios with respect to risk, cost, control, and compliance and business performance objectives as established by the business
